The Path Of Return is lived there, not on this website.

A daily practice to return to calm, for when life feels accelerated, demanding, and the peace you're looking for outside never quite arrives.
365 lessons · One a day · Created by Adrián · Lived in the app
It isn't a course to memorize. It's a daily practice: one lesson, one day, a turn inward.

You're not alone in this. It's exactly what this path is here to hold.
The problem isn't your life: it's the relationship you have with your own mind. Suffering comes less from what happens than from how we interpret it.
The Path Of Return draws on A Course in Miracles. It isn't a religious course, and it doesn't belong to any particular tradition. It's a path of self-knowledge, forgiveness, and love: learning to observe the mind instead of believing it, to let go instead of controlling, to allow instead of demanding.
It doesn't ask you to understand everything from day one. Only willingness and honesty.
A clear, simple path, meant to start today. You don't need to have read A Course in Miracles, or to have any experience with meditation.

One. Text, audio, or video — brief, simple, and deep at once.
No preparation, no special place. Some days invite 10–15 minutes; at the start, often just a few.
Don't do more than one lesson a day. The rest, the path will give you.
365 lessons. You don't have to invent what to practice each morning.
To listen, read, and apply; sometimes a reading or a PDF.
The exercises don't take much time, and they don't need a special place.
Only willingness. The ideas make sense by using them.
Someone who walked the same noise and walks beside you, not above you.
It's there when the noise shows up.
The app in your hands
That's where The Path Of Return is lived, one day at a time. The El Templo app is a space for your consciousness, in your pocket.

Who created it
For many years he lived feeling less than. He carried the wound of not being enough, and that led him to look outside for what can only be found within. When he no longer had the strength to keep fighting, he surrendered: he stopped trying to control everything.
Then he found what he had never actually lost: peace — what we are when we drop everything we thought we were. Today he shapes The Path Of Return and shares it with those who are ready to remember it too. He doesn't come as someone who has arrived, but as someone who is walking.
What lights his way: A Course in Miracles, Ramana Maharshi, David Hawkins, Advaita, and Jesus. He walks alongside people as an equal, with no dogma and no promise of a result.
The Path Of Return doesn't promise to cure anxiety or resolve clinical conditions, and it doesn't replace therapy or medical care when those are needed. It's a path of self-knowledge and a daily practice that accompanies how you live. Saying this clearly doesn't weaken it — it's what earns the trust this project is built to keep over time.
There is no small print promising a guaranteed result. There is a path, one day at a time, and the freedom to leave it whenever you want.
No. The path is designed to start from zero, one day at a time. You don't need to have read A Course in Miracles.
No. It isn't a religious course, and it doesn't belong to any particular tradition. A Course in Miracles lights the method; no one asks you to believe a dogma.

Yes. The journey begins the day you start, at your own pace. If you miss a day, you come back when you can — there is no exam.
No. It's a companion practice of self-knowledge, not medical or psychological treatment.
It's lived inside the El Templo app, in the browser today (`app.fundacioneltemplo.com`). App Store and Google Play listings will follow when they're ready.
Access is the app, not a checkout on this website. The terms of your account (trial, plan, or another scheme) are confirmed when you go in.
You can leave whenever you want. This practice doesn't hold you: it accompanies you for as long as you choose to walk it.
If you've read this far, the next step is the same as at the beginning: open the app and start day 1.
One lesson. Willingness and honesty. The rest, the path will give you.
