What data
On the contact form (/en/contact/): name, email, and message. On the Los Llamados “I want to take part” form (/en/the-called/): name, email, phone number if they leave one, and the reason for taking part.
Temporarily: verification code, language, and IP address, to prevent abuse.
We do not ask for health data. If the reason for taking part speaks of beliefs, it contains only what the person writes.
Why
To verify the email, answer the enquiry, and protect the form. For Los Llamados, to consider participation, send a copy and, if it fits, get in touch. The data is not used for advertising or to build profiles.
Legal basis
Consent, when the form is sent. Abuse prevention, on the basis of legitimate interest.
How long
The verification code expires in about ten minutes. The message is kept for as long as it takes to deal with it and, after that, only for the period required by law.
Who else
Amazon Web Services, for the website and email. Data is not passed to third parties except where the law requires it. We do not sell data.
