The service brand is Fundación El Templo, which is in the process of registration.

The account
The account is personal. You sign in with your email, without a password, using a code or a link. Each account and its subscription are used on a single device.
You may not hand the account over so that other people sign in with a different email on a single payment, except for what the store itself allows when a purchase is restored.
Plans
There is free access with limits, MI TEMPLO, and MI GUÍA. MI GUÍA adds accompaniment by guides. The price, the length (month or year), and what is included are shown in the app before you pay. Those amounts prevail over any figure on this page.
Indicative prices, as of 8 October 2026: MI TEMPLO €29.90 per month and €329.90 per year; MI GUÍA €249 per month and €2,749 per year. Family Sharing is turned off.
Renewal
The subscription renews on its own for the same period and the same price, unless it is cancelled before the period ends. On iOS, at least 24 hours before. The charge is made by Apple, Google, or Stripe, depending on where it was taken out.
Cancel
- iOS: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Also from the app, in Billing and history, which opens Apple’s sheet.
- Android: Play Store › Payments and subscriptions.
- Web: My account › Billing and history.
Cancelling stops the next charge. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, unless the store says otherwise.
Deleting the app or the account
Deleting the app, or deleting the account, does not cancel the Apple or Google charge. You have to cancel in the store. Deleting the account does cancel the subscription paid on the web.
Delete account is in My account › Delete account. It deletes the account on the server and access. If the payment was from Apple or Google and purchases are restored, the store receipt activates the plan on a new account. It does not recover the deleted account or its data.
Foundation team accounts are not deleted from the app. Write to contacto@fundacioneltemplo.com.
Refunds
On iOS, Apple decides. On Android, Google. On the web, ask from Billing and history or at contacto@fundacioneltemplo.com.
Apple licence
Purchases inside the iOS app also use Apple’s standard terms.
Content
Audio, video, text, and practices belong to the Foundation or are used with permission. They are not to be redistributed.
Accompaniment
DIVINIA is accompaniment. It is not a medical, psychological, or emergency service. It does not promise results. It does not search the internet: it answers from El Templo’s knowledge base.
Age
The service is meant for adults. The fingerprint asks for an age band that starts at 18. If the firm wants a formal age clause, it will be added on this page.
Leaving
You can stop using the app whenever you want. Delete account is in My account. Payment obligations that have already arisen continue in the store or with Stripe.
Governing law
The institutional site is governed by the legal notice. These terms are governed by Spanish law. The venue will be published here when the firm completes the Foundation’s constitution.
