Teacher · The Path Of Return
Adrián Galanda
Peace does not depend on your life changing. It comes when you remember who you are.

Who he is
For many years Adrián lived feeling less than. He carried the wound of not being enough, and that led him into self-sabotage, into relationships that kept repeating, and into looking outside for what can only be found within. He tried everything to fill that emptiness. Nothing did.
He hit bottom in a deep darkness, when life took away the certainties he was holding onto. When he no longer had the strength to keep fighting, the only thing that needed to happen, happened: he surrendered. He stopped trying to control everything and, for the first time, opened to something larger than himself.
Then he found what he had never actually lost. It wasn't something new to acquire, but what had always been there under the noise: peace — what we are when we drop everything we thought we were. Today he shares that path with those who are ready to remember it too.
What lights his way: A Course in Miracles, Ramana Maharshi, David Hawkins, Advaita, and Jesus.
At the Foundation
Adrián is one of the teachers who hold Fundación El Templo. He does not stand above whoever arrives: he is someone who walked through pain and found the way home. He offers time and presence so others can stop and look inward, within the Foundation's frame — respect for each person's freedom, no dogma, and no promise of a result.
In the Foundation's activities and in the everyday life of the project, his role is to hold the path of whoever arrives, not to impose one.
Teacher of The Path Of Return
Adrián is the teacher of The Path Of Return, El Templo's main practice: a daily journey, inside the app, to return to calm one day at a time. He shaped it, and he is the one who guides it.
It isn't a course to memorize. It's a practice. He walks alongside people as an equal — honestly, closely — without taking anyone's process away from them.
